In light of my up-coming race season this summer I have revisited a checklist that I had made several years ago. It is fairly inclusive and useful, if you are a list type person. I have decided to put it up here so that anyone can both contribute to it and prospher from it’s existence.
Triathlon Checklist
Swim
- Swimsuit

- Swim cap
- Bucket or tub (with water to wash sand off feet)
- Wetsuit PRN
- Towels (sit on in transition area, dry off, wipe feet)
- Sunscreen
- Petroleum jelly
Bike
- Helmet

- Bike shorts PRN
- Bike jersey & singlet PRN
- Gloves (probably not in a short race)

- Water bottles (always more than one)
